- You may print the blank application and fill it out by hand.
- After completion, fax or bring the completed application to the rental office.

$50.00 non-refundable APPLICATION FEE per applicant over the age of 18.
$150 non-refundable ADMINISTRATIVE FEE.
$500 SECURITY DEPOSIT OR $87.50 one-time non-refundable surety bond fee.
Lease Terms:
We offer 6-12 month leases
We offer an initial 3- 5 month lease at $200 per month (additional)
We offer a month to month lease option at $250 per month (additional)
Renter's Insurance is also mandatory.
PETS
Maximum 2 cats or dogs (breed restrictions apply)
$300 non-refundable administrative pet fee for first pet, extra $150 for second pet.
$20 monthly pet rent per pet.
